Custom solutions
Built around your work
No two jobs—or lifestyles—are the same. That’s why every Simolo Customs model is designed to be fully customizable to your exact application. Whether you need a cool-weather enclosure to extend your season, specialized racking for tools and equipment, integrated lighting for early mornings and late nights, or onboard power outlets to support your workflow, we can configure your vehicle to match your needs.
From simple upgrades to fully tailored builds, our team works alongside you to create a solution that improves efficiency, organization, and overall capability.
The result is more than just a vehicle—it’s a purpose-built solution, designed specifically for how you live and work.

FABRICATION
A STRONG FOUNDATION
Every great vehicle begins with the components underneath it.
Our in-house fabrication department produces many of the structural components, brackets, accessories and specialized solutions used throughout the NXT lineup. With CNC cutting and forming capabilities inside our facility, we can control fit, repeatability and quality from the earliest stages of production.
In-house fabrication also gives us the flexibility to develop new products and respond to unique customer needs. Whether we are creating equipment for a golf course, a specialized commercial configuration or the next generation of an NXT platform, our ideas can move directly from design to prototype and into production.
That capability is an important part of Canadian manufacturing: we are not limited to assembling what already exists. We can design, build and improve it here.
PAINT
FINISHED WITHOUT COMPROMISE
Colour is one of the first things people notice about an NXT—and one of the most personal choices in every build.
Our paint department prepares, paints and finishes vehicle bodies and components inside our Armstrong facility. This gives us greater control over surface preparation, colour consistency and the final appearance of every vehicle.
Customers can choose from our collection of signature NXT finishes or work with us to create something more distinctive. From refined neutrals and rich metallics to bold custom colours, each finish is selected to complement the vehicle and reflect its owner.
Because your NXT should not look like every other vehicle in the parking lot.

UPHOLSTERY
CRAFTED FOR COMFORT
The seats inside an NXT are not simply selected from a catalogue and installed. They are created as part of the vehicle.
Inside our upholstery department, materials are selected, patterns are cut, panels are stitched and each seat is finished with close attention to fit and detail. By completing this work in-house, we can offer a wider range of colours, combinations and personalized designs.
That means your upholstery can be coordinated with your body colour, roof, wheels and accessories to create one cohesive vehicle.
Whether your style is understated and timeless or completely unique, our team can help turn your ideas into a finished interior that feels distinctly yours.
BATTERY
CANADIAN POWER AT THE CORE
At the heart of every NXT is the SC PowerCube lithium battery system, developed to deliver the power, range and reliability our vehicles demand.
Our electrical and battery teams work directly with production, engineering and service to ensure each system is properly integrated into the complete vehicle. This connected approach allows us to control installation, programming, diagnostics and ongoing technical support.
The result is a straightforward ownership experience: dependable electric power, approximately five hours of charging and no specialized home charging equipment required. Simply connect your NXT to a standard household outlet.
When support is needed, you are not left trying to identify an unknown battery supplier. The team supporting the system is part of the same Canadian company that built your vehicle.

ASSEMBLY
BUILT BY PEOPLE WHO KNOW THE VEHICLE
Every NXT is assembled by a team that understands how the complete vehicle is meant to work.
Throughout assembly, our technicians bring together the chassis, suspension, drivetrain, electrical system, interior, body and selected accessories. Each department follows established production processes while working closely with the teams responsible for engineering, quality control and service.
This is one of the most important advantages of manufacturing under one roof. When a question arises, the people who designed the component, built the system and support it in the field can work together directly.
That shared knowledge becomes part of every vehicle we produce.
QUALITY CONTROL
QUALITY IS BUILT IN - AND VERIFIED
Quality control does not begin at the end of our production line. It is part of every stage of the build.
Components and systems are inspected throughout production before each completed NXT enters our final quality-control process. Our team checks vehicle operation, steering, braking, electrical systems, battery performance, charging, fit and finish.
Each vehicle is then driven and evaluated before receiving its final detailing inspection.
If something does not meet our standard, it is addressed before the vehicle leaves our facility. That is the accountability that comes from putting our name on something we manufacture ourselves.

SUPPORT THAT STAYS
CLOSE TO HOME.
The true value of Canadian manufacturing continues long after your vehicle is delivered.
Our parts, service and technical-support teams work directly with the people who build NXT vehicles. They understand the systems, know the components and have access to the information required to provide clear answers.
Keeping parts and product knowledge in Canada helps us support customers and dealers more effectively while reducing our dependence on distant, disconnected supply chains.
It also creates a valuable feedback loop. What our service team learns in the field is shared with production and engineering, helping us improve future vehicles and refine the ones already on the road.
You are not simply purchasing an NXT. You are gaining the ongoing support of the Canadian manufacturer behind it.
