Boaz Project continued...

We have changed a few things on the bike from the original design, instead of the back bone being bent, we decided to change it out for a slightly curved back bone. Here you can see us rolling it on our roller.

We also changed the swing arm from a traditional style to a the single tube look. Here you can start to see the bike take shape. Also notice that we are not using plate for the swing arm pivot point but rather tubing. We feel this ties in better with the frame and gives it a unique look.

Here you can see that we are mocking up the rear suspension

We have machined our pick up points that will be welded into the suspension arms of the swing arm.

We have welded on the suspension arms and tacked the rear suspension plate in place. Now you can get a better idea of how the rear suspension is going to work.

In this picture you see the rear swing arm attached, if you look close you can see the aluminum saddles we have machined to contour the frame pivot point

We have now placed the motor and some of the parts on the bike so you can have a good look at it.
